Key Words: internal logistics provider, Shared Service Center (SSC), improving competitiveness, cross-functional and inter-organizational cooperation, sales and operation planning (S&OP). The main purpose of this study is to develop the range of measures to improve commercial company`s performance while using internal logistics provider. Specifically, in this study distinctive features of Shared Service Center (SSC) concept, it`s advantages and possible risks while establishing have been considered. Moreover, arrangement of main problems of internal logistics provider development and it`s activity management has been conducted. In case of Russian affiliate of German trading company the range of measures to improve commercial company`s performance while using internal logistics provider has been developed. Strategy of diversification for internal logistics provider has been proposed for providing logistics services for external parties. Moreover, modified sales and operations planning process (S&OP) with involvement of internal logistics provider has been implemented. Also it has been recommended to optimize internal customer order fulfilment process and revise balanced score card for logistics provider performance evaluation. Economic effect of proposed measures has been reflected in the model of strategic profit.
