History of Formation and Development of Legal Regulation of Trade Unions Activity in Russia and Abroad

Theme: "History of formation and development of legal regulation of trade unions in Russia and abroad" The volume of the thesis is 66 pages. At the writing of the diploma 45 sources were used. Keywords: trade unions, workers, Russia, abroad, state, employer. The subject of the thesis was the issue of historical development of trade unions. Considering this topic, it is necessary to follow the developmental order, trade unions, as well as regulatory and legal acts regulating the activity of trade unions. The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, with conclusions for each question in the chapter, the final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of research in the chosen direction, the problem, the purpose and objectives of the study are posed, the objects, the subject of scientific searches are determined, the hypothesis is formulated, the goal and tasks are set, the methodological base of the research, practical significance is indicated. The literature used in the thesis work is considered. The first chapter introduces the main theoretical concepts, as well as comparison criteria, based on concepts. In other words, both concepts and meanings understood by it have changed with the course of history. Chapter two deals with the history of trade union development in Russia. The head considers the most significant acts, for the trade unions. At the end of the chapter, the results of the epoch under consideration are summed up. The third chapter examines the historical development of foreign trade unions. At the end of the first part of the chapter, summing up. The second part of the chapter is devoted to the issue of comparing foreign trade unions and Russian ones. The head also considers the issue of reducing the level of trade unions at the present time in the territory of the Russian Federation. The conclusion sums up the whole work. In conclusion, all the conclusions of all chapters are summarized.
