The Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility on Consumer Brand Attitude

With the increasing competition of producers and the associated product differentiation difficulties the need of emotional impact on consumers becomes particularly important. Companies should be able to recognize not only the needs, but concerns of consumers, and be ready to assist in solving their problems. Corporate social responsibility becomes one of the ways of solving such issues. The general purpose of the thesis is to attempt to find the relationship between corporate social responsibility and consumer brand attitude. The results of the survey conducted in this study will show the positive relationship between the considered characteristics. The author gives the practical recommendations and suggests directions for a further problem examination.
