Reviews Influence on Consumer Behavior in the Russian E-commerce Market

The purpose of the master's thesis is to identify the behavioral features of consumers buying online and leaving reviews on the Internet, based on the results of a study on the relationship between the writing of a review and the future behavior of a consumer, using Yandex.Market as an example. This master's thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion, list of literature and applications. According to the results of the study, it can be said that reviews are an important component of the service, as they affect the user behavior and positively influence the increase in human activity when using the Yandex. Market. The results obtained in the course of this research master's thesis results can be useful for future research on the topic under consideration, since the issue of establishing ever stronger communication with the consumer is acute for all players in the e-commerce market. In addition, marketers who works in companies that operate on the ecommerce market can also use the results obtained in planning marketing activities and achieving marketing goals for working with consumers.
