The object of this study is the processes of integration and unification of Law. The subject of the study are the patterns of the emergence, functioning and development of integration and unification of Law at the global and national level. The author of this work seeks to consider general theoretical problems of integration and unification of Law in a complex scientific and theoretical analysis at various historical stages, and also to investigate the legal nature of the causes of these phenomena, to consider their roles within the legal system, and to reveal the consequences for the existing legal reality.
