THE ABSTRACT For the graduation work: The influence of the efficiency of intellectual property protection rules on the economic growth of the developing countries The aim of the research is to reveal how the nature of the influence of the degree of the protection of intellectual property rights differs from the development of economies. The object of the research is intellectual property rights. The subject is the protection of intellectual property rights as one of the instruments of economic growth. The graduation work consists of 65 pages, including an introduction, three chapters, conclusion and a bibliography with 51 sources. The first chapter dwells on the theoretical basis of the research, which includes the issue of the international regulation of intellectual property rights and its impact on the international trade relations. The second chapter focuses on the issue of the dependence of the high degree of the protection of intellectual property rights and related with them the instruments of the state regulation on the economic growth of countries with different levels of the economic development. The practice of resolving disputes on intellectual property issues is analyzed. Possible benefits and losses from creating a more accessible intellectual property rights system are given. The third chapter provides an empirical analysis of the impact of the intellectual property protection on the economic growth of countries, depending on the different levels of the development. The novelty of this paper is that the author considers the protection of the intellectual property in terms of the relationship between developed and developing countries, on the solution of global world problems that require them to cooperate. Analyzing the results of the research, the author has come to the conclusion that the protection of intellectual property rights has a different impact on economic growth for countries at different levels of the development.
