A.S. Kolesnikova Legal regulation of integration of disabled people into the labor market This graduate paper is aimed at analyzing of the integration of disabled people into the labor market under the current legislation of the Russian Federation, identifying the main problems impeding the integration of disabled people in the labor market and also an offer of possible measures on their decision. Concept and types of disability in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, the main problems of integration of disabled people into the labor market are studied and the state policy regarding disabled people in the labor market are analyzed in Chapter I. Chapter II is devoted to the description of the main international acts in the sphere of integration of disabled people, as well as the analysis of the legislation of the Russian Federation. Based on this research the following conclusions were made: firstly, the modern concept of disability is built on the social model of disability, on the basis of which disability is the result of the interaction of individuals and inaccessible environments, but not the inherent quality of a person; secondly, the main problems affecting the integration of disabled people in the labor market are the personal (psychological) problems of the disabled, the problems of the legislative framework, the imperfection of the quota system, the problem of obtaining education, the lack of an accessible environment; thirdly, currently the state policy is developing on disabled people into the labor market actively, state programs and regional concepts for the employment of disabled people are being created; fourthly, most of the norms of Russian legislation needed in improvement and enhancement in accordance with international labor law standards.
