The paper examines the interaction of the factors of socio-psychological space of the personality at work and evolution stage factors-indicators of the organizational culture. The objective of the paper is to Determine the factors of socio-psychological space of the personality, influencing the evolution stage of the organizational culture. Object: Socio-psychological space of project team members. Subject: relationship between the factors of socio-psychological space of the staff: organizational justice, clarity of role, governance, control of emotions, psychological security, work-trust survey, leaders, organizations with indicators of stages of organizational culture The hypothesis of the study: Socio-psychological space of the members of the project teams influence the evolution stage of the organizational culture. The survey was conducted among the project team members in various fields. The first Chapter provides a review of the literature: specificity and distinctive features of the evolution stages of organizational culture factors-indicators: group collectivism, engagement, psychological safety; factors of socio-psychological space of the individual. The second Chapter involves the statistical study to identify the correlations between factors of socio-psychological space of the person and factors indicators of the evolution stage of the organizational culture. The third chapter includes recommendations regarding the comparability of organizational culture and attitudinal characteristics of the staff members of project teams operating in the company's organizational culture and organizational structure. Developed practical recommendations for the reform of the organizational culture and structure of organizations. Volume: 89 pages, 22 tables, 6 figures, 53 of the literature sources.
