The Impact of Social Media on the Customer Decision Journey in Tourism

The purpose of this study is to reseach the impact of social media on customer decision journey in tourism. In accordance with the goal, a number of problems were posed and hypotheses of the investigation were determined. An online survey was conducted among consumers of the travel agency Shine City LLC. Based on the data obtained, the research hypotheses were analyzed, practical recommendations for improving the customer service for travel agencies were provided.
