Improvement of the Personnel Selection System in the Company "LFR family"

Current graduation paper is devoted to the study of recruitment as one of the key processes in the field of personnel management in a modern company. The main attention is paid to the study of the stages of selection, in particular to the third stage - the evaluation of candidates. The main goal of the work is to improve the system of personnel selection for the positions of "administrator" and "manager" in "LFR family". When carrying out the research we used methods such as analysis of literature and documentation from the organization and interviews with company representatives. As a result of the research, competency models were created for the positions "administrator" and "manager", and techniques for their evaluation.
