A Hybrid Method for Improving Quality of Service in Constraint-Based Availability in the Cloud for SMEs.

The increasing adoption of Cloud Computing has changed the way Information Technology Communication strategies. This technology is not excluded impact only applies to enterprises companies, rather progressively more to small and medium-sized companies. Exclusively cloud computing assurance to fulfill the availability and scalability of IT systems, which lets SMEs focus on their limited resources. In the SME environment technology adoption and utilization are effected by various aspects. By means of adopting the TOE which stands for Technological Organizational and Environmental strategy this research tries to intellectualize cloud adoption and to improve understanding of the variety of aspects which affecting CC adoption decision making in the SMEs. This research applies both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies to come across the research purposes. The research put forward a conceptual method of SMEs availability in the cloud. In advance carrying out an investigation to check this model, an introductory experimental study concerning SMEs availability. In the middle of the issues scrutinized, comparative benefit, insecurity and innovativeness, were detected to have a remarkable influence on whether SMEs adopted to the cloud. These outcomes have significant effects and a decent value to the research community, cloud providers and SME’s clients, in terms of verbalizing better approaches in the cloud environment. The research model can improve to avoid SMEs for getting SMEs to “Vendor Lock-in” services and improve availability while the providers are affected.
