Distance Learning in the Modern Organization (by the Example of the Company "NMZK")

A conducted research was aimed at evaluating the relevance of using distance learning in a modern organization by the example of the company NMHK. To achieve the goal, monographs, periodicals, research of Russian and foreign authors on the connected topics were analyzed. The main characteristics of the company "NMZK" were investigated as well as its existing training system, resources and capabilities. The needs of personnel in distance education were identified through the method of content analysis of the interview conducted among employees, and also with the help of statistical validation of the answers through the cluster analysis method. It was revealed that the personnel of the company "NMZK" demonstrates the need for distance education, and the company has the necessary resources for the introduction of such training. The obtained results testify to the expediency of using distance learning in the company "NMZK" and allow to provide the company with comprehensive recommendations for the further organization of distance learning.
