Building a Business Model of the Company on the Renewable Energy Market

Theme of the thesis: "Building a Business Model of the Company on the Renewable Energy Market". The object of the study is companies that carry out activities in the RES market in Russia and in the world. The subject of research is the principles of building business RES. The thesis includes an introduction, three chapters, three conclusions on the written chapters, the final conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, the problem, the purpose and tasks of the research are posed, the object and the subject are determined, the goal and tasks are set, the methodological base of the research, its theoretical, practical importance of significance is indicated. In the first chapter, a theoretical justification for the concept of a business model is proposed. The conclusion on it sums up the study of theoretical material. In chapter two, the analysis of the world and Russian market of renewable energy sources is carried out. The calculation of the renewable energy sources in the world and the Russian Federation has been calculated. The regulatory and legal framework and basic laws of RES development in Russia are analyzed. Chapter three analyzes the main existing business models of companies in the world, based on the FTI Intelligence study. A template of the company's value proposition was developed and a business model of the company for B2C, B2B markets was developed. The conclusion contains the main conclusions and proposals for developing a business model of a company operating in the market of renewable energy sources (RES).
