Thesis is devoted to studying the impact of organizational changes on job satisfaction and employee efficiency on the example of JSC "Transneft Upper Volga". The main objective of the study was organizational change and job satisfaction of employees. To achieve this goal it is necessary to solve following tasks: – to study the problems of these phenomena and to develop recommendations on eliminating existing problems. In the course of work were identified and the necessity of making changes in the organization to increase the job satisfaction of employees .
