The issue of ensuring the right conditions for children to stay on the Internet is actively discussed at the state level. Projects aimed at developing this topic receive state support. However, there are still very few successful projects in this field. This work is devoted to the study of the process of using the Internet for children and developing a product that can improve this process qualitatively. The purpose of the work is to develop a product for young Internet users that will meet needs of their parents in providing security and which children will enjoy. In the work, the audience was investigated using quantitative (polls) and qualitative (personal interviews) methods. On the basis of this study, a consumer's portrait was drawn up. In doing so, it was possible to identify the characteristics of the consumer, which had not previously been mentioned in the literature. After drawing up a portrait of the consumer, a solution was proposed that could meet the identified needs of the consumer - a mobile application for access to the Internet, combining a secure browser and access to advisory content that is formed on the basis of the popularity of resources among users. Further, the hypothesis that such a solution is suitable for the consumer is tested in the work. For this, with the participation of the designer and two developers, the MVP of the proposed product was created. Several iterations of UX testing and MVP processing have been carried out. As a result of this work, users' interest in this product has been confirmed and the direction of its development has been determined. Finally, a product for young Internet users was created that allows them to comfortably and safely surf the web, find new interests for themselves and learn about the interests of surrounding peers. The hypothesis that such a product meets the needs of the consumer and has broad prospects for development has been tested.
