The subject of this study is "Modelling and Optimization of Business Processes in Recruiting Company." The purpose of this work is the modeling and optimization of key business processes of small highly specialized recruitment agencies, taking into account the emerging new technologies for automating processes and changing market needs. To achieve the goal, tasks are set for analyzing the work on modeling and optimizing business processes in recruiting, identifying key business processes for small highly specialized recruitment agencies with subsequent identification of errors in them, and developing strategies for optimizing business processes of the selected type of recruiting agencies. Also one of the main tasks is to classify strategies for process optimization. The classification will be applied when optimizing the business processes of one of Moscow's recruiting agencies (Analitica SCR) with an analysis of the benefits from use. As a result, the key business process models constructed in the eEPC notation are presented, and a classification of BP optimization strategies is developed. The following strategies for optimizing the business processes of a small narrow-profile recruiting agency were singled out: 1. Automation of entering candidates into the database; 2. Automation of candidates testing; 3. Application of the "theory of generations"; 4. Application of Data analysis; 5. Branding of the organization.  The methodological basis of this work consists of scientific and journalistic articles from experts in the field of recruiting, reviews of technologies that allow to optimize the business processes of recruitment. The theoretical significance of the research is to develop strategies for optimizing the business processes of a selected agency type of personnel and creating a classification of strategies. Practical significance lies in the possibility of using the proposed methods for optimizing business processes by recruiting agencies in practice.
