Fostering a Data-Driven Culture

This thesis proposes a methodology for the transition and implementation of a data-driven approach which can be used by the company as a guide to use, also discloses the theoretical basis and main goal of data-driven culture, describes the data-driven solutions which have been applied by the most well-known international companies. This work contains information about the basic competences which a data specialist must possess. It is formed the principles of working with data and ways to implement these principles into the team-work and the company, is described the principles of tracking results and performance metrics. The thesis also describes practical examples of companies from the point of view of the above methodology based on data management.
