Quality Assessment of Service in Hospitality Industry

In this project some issues pertaining to sphere of service quality were considered. The main research questions were framed as follows: What is the role of quality of service in the successful operation of hotels; What are the specific expectations of customers in the hospitality industry; What is influence the evaluation of the quality of services in the hospitality industry in Perm? To answer these questions, we use the results of interviews which conducted by the author, econometric analysis in the processing of reviews, as well as information from secondary sources that characterize the hospitality industry in Perm. The results are intended to formulate recommendations for improving the quality of service for an individual player in the market on the basis of conceptual models of assessing the quality of service in the hospitality industry.
