Identification Techniques and Professional Burnout Reasons of Staff (the Case of Store Managers)

Employees loyalty is regarded as one of the most important categories that can lead to the success of the firm in all industries. However the syndrome of professional burnout become very urgent - the topic of professional stress is one of the most important problems of modern society. Within the present environment of increasingly aggressive competition, the health of workers is becoming a key to successful business for many companies. Burnout is a metaphor that is commonly used to describe a state or process of mental exhaustion, similar to smothering of a fire. The goal of the research is to determine the main causes of professional burnout of managers of shops and to describe the specific of usage of identification techniques of professional burnout. The goal of the research was archived by the deployment of a qualitative sociological method, particularly semi-structured interviews with elements of projective techniques. 15 managers of shops were interviewed. The selection of respondents was realized with a snowball method.
