Agile Methodology in Digital Progects Management

In the age of Internet there may be noticed significant growth of proceeded digital project, caused by companies’ intention to stay aligned with modern technologies development. However, often there is a mismatch between project scope of work and average digital project budget framework. That is why, some projects are underestimated from budget limitations point of view. Moreover, scope of work of digital project usually is not clearly defined initially due to an absence of understanding or project product requirements, but project-oriented companies have to stay within budget framework. The study is aimed at practical recommendations development that will be conducive to digital projects performance level increase. Agile project management methodologies are considered as a possible solution of the identified problem, based on practical experience of company X. As a result of practical recommendations development, there is Agile methodology Scrum that could be customized and implemented in the considered project and similar ones (of the same group of suggested classification) to improve its key performance indicators.
