Automation of Process of Information Support of Job Seekers for Positions in Retail Network and Employees of HR Outsourcing Center

This work is devoted to automation of process of information support of job seekers for positions in retail network and employees of HR outsourcing Center within the process of mass recruitment of the staff. The purpose of this work is to improve the process of information support through information technology and develop recommendations for its automation. The research hypothesis is the information support process can be improved on the basis of its automation by modifying the system of mass recruitment and integration with a chat-bot and a robot-answering machine for recruitment of the applicant and his information, personal profiles of the employee of the HR-outsourcing Center and the candidate, BI-system. Objectives of this work are modeling and analysis of the process of mass recruitment; modeling of the process of informational support of job seekers for positions in the retail network and employees of HR outsourcing Center; development of proposals for the development of the information system architecture of mass recruitment and requirements for IT solutions, development of recommendations for the selection of IT solutions ( the robot-answering machine, the BI-system) and vendors for the development of unique software ( the chat-bot, personal profiles of HR- Outsourcing and candidate). The main results of the work are as follows. Modeling and analysis of the process of mass recruitment are implemented. The model of the process of information support of job seekers for the positions in the retail network and employees of the HR-outsourcing Center is implemented. Proposals for the development of the information system architecture of mass recruitment and requirements for IT solutions are developed. Recommendations for the selection of IT solutions and vendors for the development of unique software are developed to automate the process of information support. The work contains 100 pages, includes 12 attachments, 20 tables, 17 pictures.
