Efficiency Audit of the Contracts Support Service

The master's thesis is devoted to effeciency audit of the contracts support service. Over the past 10 years, different areas of outsourcingns in companies activities has gained great popularity in Russia. Iufficient research into these areas determine the relevance of the chosen topic. Structurally, the work is divided into three parts. The first part includes the goals and objectives of the effeciency audit, the methods and instruments and the indicators service's effeciency. Schemes of business processes are also reflected in this part. In the second part, was given an information base of effeciency audit, investigated external environments of the organization. Also in this part research regulatory legal acts. The final part is devoted to the analysis of the organization's risks inside contracts support service , the results of testing the company's internal control systems.In this part analyzed internal control system and also are given the test's results of this system. Most of the part are devoted to the practical using of the developed technique.
