Graduates of Leading Universities in Russian Rural and Small Town Schools: the Choice of the Pedagogical Profession and Life Trajectories

Masters work is about modern social problem – development of teachers and group of intelligentsia in Russian regional and rural towns. Also, the author wrote about professional mobility by young teacher from big cities to small ones. All thesis are aimed to search answers to few questions. The first: why do young people change their first profession and move to small towns? Second: how do they realize themselves in new social statuses? Third: could they change their life trajectories and the world around them? Topics about destinies of intelligentsia and reality of modern pedagogics were organically collaborated in this work. Author paid attention for young teachers, which have these ways recently. Extensive theoretical analysis is represented in this work. Author told about several types of intelligentsia by N. Pokrovsky, V. Tepikin, G. Sillaste, D. Popov. It came to the result of sociological research « “The life and destiny” young teachers in region of Russia (for example project “Teach for Russia”» in 2016-2017. Author founded types of young people on life trajectories and attempt understanding relations from intelligentsia.
