Coaching Methods in Human Resources Management

Nowadays the process of training employees plays an important role, as the successful company operation depends on the personnel and its professional development. This research is an attempt to study the universal method coaching that is gradually introduced in the Russian practice and aimed to satisfy the emerging needs of companies in modern business conditions. However the process of introducing coaching has certain features due to its novelty. According to this, the purpose of this research work is to develop the recommendation program for the implementation of coaching tools in the sales sphere. This study will cover the application of various methods: analysis of documents, observation, online survey and interview. The obtained results of the research will be useful because of their practical novelty and help executives to change the existing ways of working or develop new ones to improve the efficiency of staff.
