In this paper, we will study a special case of the decisions of the leaders of an organization to transfer more than half of the subordinates to a remote job. In the theoretical part of the work we analyzed the history of remote work, the problems of the development of remote work in Russia and also the pros and cons of this choice of schedule for employees. The problem of this study is that, despite a positive decision, including in any situation, whenever it is, May entail not only a positive but also a negative reaction. 15 in-depth interviews were conducted, the purpose of which was to reveal the attitude of respondents to such changes. As a result of this study, we found out what really bothers the participants of the process. I want to believe that the project on the transfer of employees to a remote job will proceed successfully, to serve as an example for other companies, then Russia will easily catch up with more advanced in terms of teleworking the country.
