Improvement of Motivation System for Young Professionals without Job Experience in an Organisation

Nowadays, human resources are one of the main competitive advantages of any enterprise so managers are seeking for methods of preparing the highly motivated young professionals. At the same time, managers pay special attention to the selection of methods of motivation that most appropriate to the needs and expectations of young workers. The main purpose of this study is to improve the incentive system for young specialists without experience in "Cereal Partners" LTD. Such research methods as a documentation analysis, a survey and interviews were used to collect the data. Correlation analysis was used to analyze the data. The study reveals the main reasons for the dissatisfaction of young professionals such as amount of earnings, schedule, possibility for career development and personal growth and the areas in the incentive system that need improvement. Based on the research results, recommendations were developed for improving the existing system of motivation of young specialists without job experience. The application of the proposed changes will help to increase the level of employees' satisfaction and the efficiency of their performance.
