This work belongs to the project genre. In the theoretical part of the work will be described and analyzed such phenomena as organizational change and facilitation. In the framework of the format project work will be developed, implemented and validated in a facilitative decision for the company representative of small business – LLC "Laboratory of Prospects." The main purpose of this facilitated session is to introduce leadership and subordinates of the company with this format of group work, demonstrating its effectiveness for making group decisions on set corporate objectives.
