Improving the System of Staff Recrument by the Example of "M" Company

In today's market, effective use of labor resources is key to the effective operation of the organization. Managing staff starts with recruitment. It is necessary to build in the organization a system of recruitment, which will ensure an adequate flow of candidates for the correct selection of the right staff. The aim of this work was to improve the existing system of recruitment company "M". The study was the analysis of the existing system of recruitment, as well as the economic and time losses that occur due to inefficiency of the existing system. In the analysis of the system of employment of staff it was identified that not all sources of recruitment are cost-effective and efficient. The proposed activities to optimize sources of recruitment in which the cost will be reduced by 25%.
