Implementation of Agile Project Management Methodologies for Software Development Applied in Interactive Presentations

Despite growing interest in agile software development, there is a significant gap between knowledge of agile methodologies and the application of this knowledge in IT-companies. The aim of this work is to study the characteristics of agile methodologies in the Russian startup in agile software development for interactive presentations. To achieve this goal in the study we analyzed the relevant literature and provided the review of team characteristics and reviewed existing methodologies with international statistics of agile methodologies in different industries. In the practical part, we based on Case Study methodologies and analyzed the company using such methods as observation, studying project documentation and unstructured interviews. The result the project weaknesses were determined and general ideas for improving project management in Russian it-startups were presented. Based on the results of the study there were prepared practical recommendations for the project management of the target company and there was introduced the customized project model based on which the Russian company will be more efficiently in their future IT-projects. During the project observation, it could be possible to highlight the features of IT-startups in Russia and to create recommendations for improvement of conditions to make IT projects of young Russian teams at the ecosystem level.
