Development of Management System of Volonteers for the Charity Fund «Smile of a Child»

This work is devoted to the study of the management system of volunteers in non-profit organizations. The relevance of the topic is that the non-profit sector in Russia is growing, and the number of studies is lagging far behind, and the topic is not fully understood, unlike the commercial sector. In the course of this research, the main features and differences of NGOs from commercial organizations were revealed, as well as the features of human resources management in NGOs. When analyzing the management system of volunteers, emphasis was placed on approaches to motivation, as this is one of the most important methods of stimulating the effectiveness of work in organizations of this type. In the framework of this thesis, a quantitative study was conducted that helped to identify, describe and evaluate the management system of volunteers in such a non-profit organization as the charity fund "Smile of a Child". The conducted research clearly showed the problems in the management of human resources in this organization. Relying on theoretical aspects, recommendations were developed to improve the management system of volunteers and their motivation in this fund.
