Partnership as an Element of Company Promotion which Deals with Implementation of Online Tickets fo Theatre

In modern conditions, there is a need for domestic enterprises to search for and justify modern conceptual provisions and technological methods to improve the efficiency of managing the relationship between the enterprise and its partners on the basis of an integrated, coordinated approach. The aim of the research is to develop an effective mechanism for forming partnerships as an element of the company's promotion program in the field of electronic theater tickets. To achieve the goal it is supposed to solve the following tasks: 1) research of theoretical bases of marketing of partner relations; 2) analysis of the current process of selling electronic theater tickets; 3) identification and analysis of indicators describing the effectiveness of partnerships in the sale of electronic tickets (in terms of participants in the process); 4) development of an effective mechanism on the basis of improving the system of performance indicators of partnerships in the implementation of electronic theater tickets. In the course of the work, an expert survey of 60 respondents was conducted: organizers of theatrical events and partner companies for the sale of electronic tickets. The survey data were analyzed using correlative and factor analysis, as well as using the multidimensional scaling function. The novelty of the research is to identify and systematize the existing (practical and theoretical) indicators (indicators) for evaluating effective software in the field of electronic theater tickets, as well as to improve the system of indicators (indicators) of the effectiveness of partnerships in the sale of electronic theater tickets on the basis of expert interviews . The structure of the work includes an introduction, two chapters, a conclusion, a list of sources used and applications.
