Linking Foresight and Strategic Decisions at Auto Industry (Group of Companies "Autoliga")

The main aim of the study is the role of strategic management. In recent years the role of strategic management has increased sharply, fierce competition, difficult economic conditions are forced to improve their company, and, therefore, to attract innovative technologies and techniques. Strategy formation is a relevant issue for the automotive industry, because the industry faced a crisis, and in consequence with the reduction of demand for the product. Choosing the right strategy can ensure the high efficiency of the organization and increase profits by introducing new business opportunities. The purpose of the study was the establishment of a strategy for the group of companies "Autoliga", given the specific characteristics of the automotive industry and the experience of foreign companies, competitors. To achieve this purpose were analyzed the peculiarities of the management in times of crisis, considered various approaches to formation of strategy and the proposed strategy for the group of companies "Autoliga" in the short and long term.The results of the study were proposed centered strategy of diversification to the service centre in the short term. In the long term, using strategic foresight for the company was chosen new activity on sales of electric vehicles.
