The Development of the Human Resources Management System in Autonomous Non-profi Organization «Blagosfera»

Nonprofit organizations occupy an important stage in the development of the economy. Today, they bear great responsibility and many duties related to social problems of society. If we compare the development of NGOs in Russia, Europe and the USA, we can see a significant predominance in international development. The third sector is gaining momentum and is seeking to improve its level, but this cannot be done without state support and active participation. The object of this work was Autonomous non-commercial organization Blagosfera. A multiple processes and characteristics of human resource management in NGOs- the subject of the study. The aim of this work was to develop a human resources management system in the organization, most appropriate to its purpose and features. In this work, I was held the analysis of the main features and methods of management in the third sector with subsequent using them in develop recommendations for the organization «Blagosfera». The result of the work was the development of a number of recommendations aimed at improving the management of human resources of the organization.
