Models of Human Resources Management in Unitary Non-Profit Organizations

The main objective of this study is to identify the most effective models of employee management in unitary NPOs based on the analysis of existing practices. To achieve this goal, the following tasks have been put forward and fulfilled: the main processes of HRM in unitary NGOs have been analyzed; Problems in personnel policy regarding employees of unitary NGOs have been identified; Criteria for the effectiveness of HRM are formulated; The most effective models were identified. The following research method was used in the work: semi-formalized interview. As a result of the research, a universal model of personnel management for unitary NPOs was developed.
