Kids' Marketing: the Study of the Characteristics of Kid`s loyalty Based on the Example of «Detskiy Mir»

The purpose of this SRS (final qualifying work) was to identify and examine the characteristics of children's loyalty. The object of study, these features will be considered – PJSC "Children's world". The tasks which will achieve the aim, the following: 1. To give some common definitions of customer loyalty advanced by experts and scientists of this region; 2. Allow the methods of determining loyalty; 3. Allow the classification of consumer loyalty; 4. Identify key factors in the formation of consumer loyalty. Next, you should apply directly to the child's loyalty, give its definition, and also to consider generation X, Mi Z, as for the children each time period separately, consumer loyalty will be formed in different ways. Objectives of the study are described in the first Chapter. In addition, attention will be paid to the peculiarities of children's marketing. The second Chapter provides a description of the activities of the store "Children's world" In the third Chapter attention is focused directly on marketing research, which aims to study the characteristics of a child's loyalty on the example of PJSC "Children's world".
