Evaluation of the Hotel Industry Attractiveness (for Moscow Hotels-China-Frendly Segment)

The purpose of this paper is to assess the attractiveness of the Moscow hospitality industry segment of China Friendly. The structure of this work includes two chapters. The first chapter reflects the basic concepts, methods and tools of strategic analysis of the industry and the competitive situation used for the study. The second chapter includes a description of the current state of the hotel industry in Moscow, namely, its volume and structure, demand characteristics, external factors affecting the industry, competitors' strategic groups, as well as the characteristics of the China Friendly segment, identifies drivers and key factors Success, the attractiveness of the China Friendly segment.
