Soviet government system was rapidly and significantly changed under the pressure of the Great Patriotic War and the Soviet system of justice was not an exception. It had to be not only corrected but reorganized taking into account the specifics of the war time period. Therefore, Soviet courts and court-martials had faced an important goal: the fight against crime in completely different conditions. This work observes the specific aspects (especially considered with social history) of the Soviet judicial practice. Study is based on unique and first-introduced archival materials.
