Course and Annual Papers Assignment Information System Prototype Development

Qualifying work contains description of information system design process for assignment course and annual qualifying works between student and academic advisors and steps of prototype realization. The analysis of subject area was carried out, current processes, documents about choice of topics in the universities in Perm were learned and analogue of the system was researched to achieve this aim. Moreover, basic requirements and business-processes were defined, physical database model was developed, software of developing prototype was learned. Prototype for assignment was realized in the development environment Microsoft Visual Studio. Prototype is available for simplification of work of dean’s office, teaching department and students. The report has 55 papers А4 format, includes 47 pictures and 21 tables, consists of 3 chapters: process analysis of the course and annual qualifying works assignment, system design and prototype realization of information system, moreover, has 1 attachment, which shows prototype test results.
