Referral System as an Effective Alternative to Advertising and a Way to Attract More Customers

Current trends in business development are steadily linked with marketing. After all, without a competent marketing strategy, which must necessarily cover short-term and long-term periods, successful winning of the leading positions in the company's operating market is impossible. More and more organizations are using WOM-marketing technology. It has been scientifically proven that such communication causes much more confidence than an advertising message. Also a big plus is that some WOM-strategies either do not require, or require minimal investment. In this paper, the influence of WOM-marketing technologies on the company under consideration will be empirically analyzed, which will result in the development of an effective marketing strategy. Assaying the history of the company's use of such tools as contextual advertising and referral system will have a positive impact on the creation of a comprehensive strategy based on the foundations and technologies of WOM-marketing.
