Motivation System Development of Sales Managers on the Example of LLC Fitness

Decrease or absence of job satisfaction often affects the motivation of employees, and frequently forces them to leave the organization. On the way to reducing staff turnover in the organization, company executives need to build relationships with employees in a way that they are satisfied and can work effectively not only to achieve their personal goals, but also the organization's goals. First of all, because the result of employees' work affects the final result of the company's activities. As part of the final work, the main types of motivation, the main factors affecting the motivation of employees in the organization, the initial concepts of influence on human motivation, as well as substantive and procedural theories of motivation were examined, which helped to form the theoretical basis of the work. In addition, an attempt was made to identify the main factors that affect the satisfaction and motivation of the sales staff at LLC Fitness and, on the basis of the data obtained, formulate recommendations for the development of a motivation system for them. The main purpose of the work was to identify the main motivating factors of the sales department managers in LLC Fitness and develop a motivation system for them. Employees of the sales department of LLC Fitness are the object of the work. The subject, in turn, is the motivation system for the staff of the sales department of LLC Fitness. To achieve this goal, a literature review was conducted on the topic of staff motivation, a survey of former employees to identify the main reasons for dismissal from the organization, a survey of sales staff to identify priority motivational factors for them. Based on the received data, recommendations were proposed for the development of a motivation system for sales managers of LLC Fitness.
