In the final qualifying work on the theme "Peculiarities of legal regulation of internal control to counteract legalization of incomes received by a criminal way, and terrorism financing" addressed the issue of legal regulation of internal control to counteract the legalization of income and financing of terrorism. The object of this study is internal control to counteract legalization of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism. The subject of the research is the peculiarities of legal regulation of internal control to counteract legalization of proceeds from crime and financing of terrorism. The aim of this work is the study of the legal regulation of internal control as a means of combating the legalization of income obtained by criminal means and the financing of terrorism. Final qualifying work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion, list of references. In the first Chapter "the Essence and legal regulation of internal control to counteract legalization (laundering) of income obtained by criminal means and financing of terrorism" In the second Chapter of "the Order of organization and conducting internal control to counter money laundering and financing of terrorism in OOO "Garant-Lizing" In the third Chapter, "audit of the system of internal control to counteract legalization (laundering) of income obtained by criminal means and financing of terrorism". In conclusion, the main findings of the final qualifying work.
