Information Management System Design of Government Programs Perm Krai Governor Administration

The paper presents the results of the analysis of the participation of the authorities and the Administration of the Governor of Perm Krai in the process of introducing project management methods in the implementation of state programs. The author substantiates the necessity of developing an information system for managing state programs, requirements for the system being designed and its functional modules. To solve the problem of choosing methods and tools for modeling business processes of project management, the Governor's Administration of Permsky Krai describes the requirements for them, on the basis of which the platform for process automation was chosen. Functional requirements for the system are formulated and described using a use case diagram. Database design was completed. The paper presents a data model using class diagrams. The work contains 99 pages of body text, 12 illustrations, 1 table and 6 applications. The bibliographic list contains 26 items.
