Development of the Methodology for Evaluation the Influence of the Company’s Strategy on Optimizing Business Processes

The project proposal of the current research is devoted to analysing the relationship between the model of the business - processes and company`s strategy. Practical significance is reflected in the following questions: is the model of the company 's business - processes sufficient for implementation of the strategy, does this model allow to obtain the necessary indicators, is it necessary to make changes in the current model of the business - processes? Therefore, the main goal of this research is to elaborate a methodology for evaluation the influence of the company’s strategy on optimizing business -processes for its subsequent reengineering (with the example of an IT company). The project proposal of the current research is devoted to analysing the relationship between the model of the business - processes and company`s strategy. Practical significance is reflected in the following questions: is the model of the company 's business - processes sufficient for implementation of the strategy, does this model allow to obtain the necessary indicators, is it necessary to make changes in the current model of the business - processes? Therefore, the main goal of this research is to elaborate a methodology for evaluation the influence of the company’s strategy on optimizing business -processes for its subsequent reengineering (with the example of an IT company). In order to solve these problems, it was essential to study methodologies of business - engineering and, as a result,a methodology was developed that allows: 1. assess the feasibility of the strategy with the current model of business - processes; 2. Identify business - processes that require engineering and reengineering; 3. Obtain an optimal allocation of resources to achieve the company's goals.
