The Improvement of Reverse Flows Management in a Trading Company

Diploma thesis on topic "Improving The Management Of Return Flows In A Retail Company". The aim of the thesis is improvement of reverse logistics in the retail trade. In this thesis work considers various models of management of return flows, and special attention is paid to improving the management of returns upon delivery to the customers. The object of study is reverse flows of material, financial and information resources formed in the exercise of a commercial company in its activities. The subject of the thesis was the resources optimization in the return flows management of the company OOO "M.video Management". The goal of the project is going to be achieved via improving the management of return flows and reduced logistics costs for maintenance of return flows in the supply chain trading company. These tasks were solved by separating forward and reverse flows and consolidation of returns from customers during a customer delivery. Thus, it was achieved a reduction of cost of products sold and improved reverse logistics in the company OOO "M.video Management". The results of this study will be useful for trading companies. Key words: reverse logistics, return flow, the consolidated return and returns management. The volume of the thesis 74 pages, which are 28 figures and 13 tables, was used 27 sources.
