The theme of this master's work is "Improvement of logistics service by the example of the company Kuehne & Nagel . Keywords: logistic service, warehouse cargo handling services, customs declaration services, cargo transportation, multimodal transportation. The subject of the research: ways of measuring and improving the level of the service provided The purpose of this work is to increase the level of service by developing certain solutions. Graduation qualification work consists of an introduction, three chapters of the main text, conclusion, a list of literature and applications The first chapter analyzed the competitive environment and the place of the company on the market, as well as the company's existing problems in providing logistics services In the second chapter, the theoretical foundations of the logistics service are analyzed, and an algorithm for estimating logistics services In the third chapter, the algorithm for assessing logistics services is applied, as well as suggestions for improving the logistics service of the company
