Understanding the importance of the value stream has long gone beyond the manufacturing enterprises. The application of the principles of lean manufacturing (lean manufacturing) logistics and supply chain management helps the top management to look at their work from a different angle, to identify deficiencies, develop and implement a plan of improvement. While the traditional analysis of activity of enterprises do not have such opportunities. The relevance of this research lies, on the one hand, great interest in modern science, on the other – its lack of theoretical and methodological development.
