The appearance of the Internet has completely changed the ways of announcing the current vacancies in the company (Reynolds, Weiner, 2009). Computer testing, online testing, video interviews, simulation assessments, gamification allow simultaneous work with a large number of candidates, saving time and money for the company (Anderson, 2003). The theme of the master's work is topical, as today there is an active growth of the use of modern electronic technologies in the selection of personnel, but in the hospitality sphere it is not observed. The following research questions were raised: What are the problems of the recruiting process in the hotel N? What are the practices and problems of the use of modern digital technologies in the selection of personnel in the hotel N? What are the reasons for the non-use of modern digital technologies in the selection of personnel at Hotel N? What modern digital technologies are planned to be used to improve the procedure for recruiting in the hotel N and why? Based on the results of the research, all research questions were answered. Recommendations were proposed for the introduction of modern digital technologies in the procedure for recruiting staff in the hotel N.
