The aim of working-out of organizational models of career education is providing the choice of educational programs for senior students with different abilities and needs under the conditions of Educational Complex uniting schools and colleges. There are some criteria of the choice of project idea: this model should provide maximum choice of educational routes, increase the chances of students with low educational possibilities. Due to analysis of foreign and and native models of students’ career education and calculation of economic expenditures and profits for different participants of the project, we have chosen the alternative models of senior students’ apprentice training. In the project work there are principles of working-out of general educational programs, integrated with career educational programs and vocational secondary educational programs in accordance with laws and regulations regimenting items of general secondary education and career education. In the thesis research the following terms are used: educational model, apprentice training, career education, integration of career educational programs and general secondary educational programs, Integration of general secondary educational programs and vocational secondary educational programs.
