Influence of the State Atomic Energy Corporation “Rosatom” Activity on the Political Process in Russia

The development of various forms of state property management at the present stage led to the formation of state corporations. The creation of the state atomic energy corporation Rosatom was aimed at realizing the economic functions of the state. Subsequently, the establishment and development of the institution of power - a corporation that has considerable autonomy and influences political processes within the country in the territories of its presence, acquires the authority to implement state policy. Within the framework of the work, in order to obtain generalized results, the following questions are examined: 1. Definition of political processes for specifying the search problem; 2. Study of theoretical bases of normative legal acts governing the activities of state corporations on the territory of Russia; 3. Definition of the functional of Rosatom, regulatory documents on the basis of which the corporation carries out activities, documents on the basis of which the interaction of the corporation with other subjects of legal relations is determined. 4. Consideration of the main activities of Rosatom, aimed at ensuring the country's energy security; 5. Realization of interests and activities of Rosatom in closed administrative-territorial entities (ZATO); 6. Influence of interests of Rosatom on definition of long-term development programs of the North. 7. Influence of interests of the corporation on the formation of the State programs of Russia. The paper reviews the main activities of Rosatom, analyzes the interaction between the state and the corporation, determines the political processes and reveals the mechanisms of the state corporation's influence on them. Conclusions formulate conclusions and information that confirm the relevance of the declared theme of master's work.
