Internal Сommunication as the Basis of Employee Loyalty to the Company in the Period of Adaptation

This work considers internal corporate communications during the period of adaptation of new employees, contributing to the formation of their loyalty to the company. The definitions of concepts "employee loyalty" and "adaptation period" were given based on the analyzed theoretical approaches. The typology of loyalty was also described. The tools of the corporate communications system, which are used in the period of adaptation of new employees in the company for form their loyalty, are considered and analyzed in detail. The author used the following methods in the research: the survey method and the expert interviews. The relevant conclusions were made on the basis of the research.
